"Surfer Rosa #1" (1988). Sleeve artwork for the Pixies: "Surfer Rosa" LP (4AD Records/1988). The negative was made in 1988 on Polaroid Type 55 film. The negative was made in 1988 on Polaroid Type 55 film. This is print is available as an editioned Archival Digital C-Type (made by projecting a digital file of a drum-scanned polaroid negative onto light-sensitive paper using a ZBE Chromira printer and processed in a light-tight drum using traditional colour chemistry). This is an open edition due to its high demand and offered at a lower price. Each print is made on Fuji Crystal Archival paper size 10" x 12" (25.4 x 30.48 cm) and is titled, stamped and signed on the reverse and includes a certificate of authenticity. Please note this is NOT an inkjet or Giclee print.
